Considerations for using an animation or advanced technology are as follows:

1.  Do I have the right computer, projector and screen(s).

2.  How do I launch an animation inside, outside or in conjunction with other presentation programs

3.  Is the courtroom or meeting room ready for the usage of these technologies?  If not, what's it going to take to make it ready.

These and other considerations will have to be addressed when considering the usage of any advanced technology or demonstrative tool.
